Silver Dollar City Project '27 Update (MME).

Lots going on here since our last visit..

The mine elevator has been topped off with its pulley wheel.

The chute is nearing completion below the pulley. This typically funnels the contents being pulled up from beneath the surface to surface level.

We are curious to see if this will be functional as a thematic element.

This grab bucket added to the queue appears to be a genuine old piece of industrial equipment rather than a newly fabricated decorative prop.

Themed fencing has been going up in the entry to the ride. It matches that found near WildFire

A gate has taken shape on the end of the chute.

Lanterns are going up in the queue.

Landscape fabric and rock work is taking shape at the base.

Mine buckets and track have been added to the abandoned entrance above AP's retention pond. It will be interesting to see if this is a near miss with the track.

It appears the ride will go between the chute and the clamshell bucket and queue before curving by the rails.

Netting is going up under the Plunge's lift near the pathway.

This ride will get incredibly close to the pathway

Lots of rocks going in near AP.

Not a whole lot has changed in this area. More gravel.

Huge rocks.

The ride appears as if it will turn around right above the falls.

Looks like a chip in one of the footers?

Over by Powder Keg, the ride appears to leave the garden and go into a straightaway down the hill, curving in to a massive drawn out helix.

They have quite the collection of barrels going here.

Station framing is really taking shape now with siding going up now that the flooring has been installed on both levels.

It appears that the large door on the right will be the entrance, with a good portion of the queue being upstairs and boarding taking place on the left. We think the smaller door will be the exit.

We believe the ride will exit the station from this side. Beyond the station their is a huge concrete foundation with huge rectangular footings that gradually increase in height. This portion that is not pictured will likely be a heavily themed finale.

We did see supports on the opposite side of the station. They are grey and light blue on the ends.

We're becoming more and more convinced that the ride will not occupy this area but rather it is a staging area for rock work and gravel.

Tons of wood for the station. Potentially other structures as well; we, at first glance, have not identified where ride vehicles will be housed. Beyond this image and to the right, we think we have spotted the first piece of track.
